Teachers

I have been working with the Historical Directories site, and resources from CD to index schools, academies and teachers from a range of census and directories. Just adding information from teacher registration. Some of these can now be downloaded in pdf or Excel format, and so are searchable. They are not all complete (e.g. 1911 is nearly done, 1835 just started) but I will keep on adding information. I hope you find them interesting and / or useful!

There is sufficient information on a number of individual teachers to give them their own page - hope you find these ‘case studies’ interesting.
